|Description=Decree on putting under control the use and trade of wild flora and fauna (2005) puts under control collection, use, trade in wild species and determines amount of the fee. In private forests, gathering of protected species can be done only with the permission of forest owner, and in state with the permission of the Ministry (Art. 5 and 14). Total allowable amount is determined each year, based on the monitoring, which is conducted by the Institute for Nature Protection (Art. 13 and 14). Legal entity that has permission shall submit to the Ministry and Institute data of collected species, as well as species placed on the market, not later than 31 January of current year for the previous year (Art. 20). An entrepreneur who is engaged in the collection of protected species has an obligation to organize vocational training of collectors, and to test theirs knowledge each year. Also, legal person shall issue to collectors a certificate of professional qualification that is valid for collecting season. Physical person may collect protected species for commercial purposes only if has a certificate of professional competence (Art. 8). The fee for collection of protected species for commercial purposes is 10% of the established price per year. Description
