Hunting Derogation Law 221/02

Description

The two articles set up a derogation with regards the article 9 of Directive 79/409/EEC. The regional Authorities can decide to allow the protected species highlighted in the Directive according to a precise quota of hunting and hunted game report system set up by ISPRA (National Biodiversity Institute).
