Description
The composition of fruit juices, concentrated fruit juice, dehydrated fruit juice, and fruit nectar, theirprocessing characteristics and their labelling are regulated by "Council Directive 2001/112/EC of 20 September 2001relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption ". Fruit juices are labelled in accordance with the general rules defined by Directive 2000/13/EC relating to foodstuffs, but this Directive adds some elements for specific fruit products.
