The National Parks Law No: 2873 (09/8/1983, amended …)

Description

The National Parks Law 2873 , states that

1. Wood and NWFP production, hunting and grazing causing to dismantle natural dynamics are now allowed 2. Forest management plans focusing on the conservation and multiple use concept is only allowed in areas under coverage of National Parks Law 2873.

3. Production, game and grazing activities are only allowed with a report prepared/approved by the ministry in the in areas under coverage of National Parks Law 2873.
