Description

§ 39 General protection of wildlife animals and plants

(3) It is allowed for everybody to take wildlife flowers, grasses, ferns, mosses, lichens, mushrooms, tee- and medical herbages also branches from wildlife plants, out of the nature, in areas without access ban. The taking is only allowed for personal use and in small quantity. This has to be careful.

(4) For commercial using or converting of wildlife plants a permission from the agency for nature protection is necessary.
