Description

Art. 941. The ownership on the goods that belong to no one is acquired on the first claimant rule basis. There are considered goods that belong to no one goods that, due to their nature, do not have an owner: wild animals, fish, forest fruits, wild mushrooms, medicinal and aromatic plants.
