Decree-Law No. 5/2011 Establishment of measures to promote production and exploitation of forest biomass.

Description

This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 articles, establishes measures to promote production and exploitation of forest biomass in order to supply of the central dedicated to forest biomass. This would guarantee a production of neutral energy and heat in terms of emissions of CO2.
