|Description=As a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Rulebook on declaration and protection of protected and strictly protected species of plants, animals and fungi (2010/e) was adopted. The purpose of making a Rulebook is declaration of wild species of plants, animals and fungi, i.e. species that have special importance from the ecological, ecosystem, biogeographical, scientific, health, economic and other aspects for Serbia, for strictly protected or protected, in order to preserve biological diversity, natural gene fund, as well as establishment of measures for the protection of these species and their habitats (Art. 1). In Appendix I and II, which are an integral part of the Rulebook, there is a list of strictly protected and protected wildlife species.

Description

As a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Rulebook on declaration and protection of protected and strictly protected species of plants, animals and fungi (2010/e) was adopted. The purpose of making a Rulebook is declaration of wild species of plants, animals and fungi, i.e. species that have special importance from the ecological, ecosystem, biogeographical, scientific, health, economic and other aspects for Serbia, for strictly protected or protected, in order to preserve biological diversity, natural gene fund, as well as establishment of measures for the protection of these species and their habitats (Art. 1).
