Section 1.1
In a act of establishing mire protection areas 30.9.1988 by mire protection it is meant that it is forbidden to kill, trap and chase wild vertebrate animals and forbidden to trap and collect invertebrate animals with few exceptions.
Also other actions that can change the natural water balance in the protected area are forbidden. The Ministry of Environment can forbid collecting or picking some herbaceous plants in the protected area.
