|Description=The regulation that is promoted indicates that the harvesting of mushrooms have to:
-	dispose of an authorization for harvesting mushrooms, paid in advance depending on the price 
-	respect the quantity of harvested product (6kg) and also the time for harvesting (only during the day)
-	follow the good practices set up for the harvesting: 
1.	it is forbidden to stir the soil in a way that could damage it by altering the superficial vegetal layer except in the case of fungus hypogeum the machete could be used for truffles or anything similar 
2.	it is forbidden to carry or use any instrument used for the indiscriminate raising of humus such as sickles, rakes, hoes and other similar instruments  
3.	fungus and mushrooms will be harvested when they reach their optimal ripeness and will remain in the soils if they are inflected or unfit for harvesting
