Ministerial Order 410/11.04.2008 - Procedures of the collecting, purchasing and trading wild fauna and flora species

Description

Any economic agent which harvest NWFPs has to request a special authorisation from the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection providing the following documents:

- Request for authorisation - Copy of the payment of the requested tariff - Agreement of the owner or of the administrator of the forest (a contract or a convention or any other form of written proof – please look at section III for an example of this contract) - Declaration of acquisition places which have to have at list one weight balance and a deposit

- Study done by a specialised units regarding the status of the biological resource which is harvested, approved by the Academy commission and paid by the company
