Royal Decree 30/2009 of 16th of January on sanitary conditions for the trade of mushrooms for alimentation use

Description

In this decree it sets the sanitary conditions that must be applied to the production, transformation and distribution of fresh and conserved mushrooms for alimentation use. The list of wild species to be trade in this decree is made up of 6 species that belong to the following genders: Tuber (Tuber aestivum , T. borchii , T. brumale , T. indicum , T. magnatum y T. melanosporum ).
