Description
This Decree-Law, composed of 35 articles divided into 6 Chapters, regulates the institutional system and functioning procedures for Forestry Intervention Areas (ZIF). In particular, the Decree-Law defines management requirements for forest areas, as well as sanctions and penalties for non-compliance.
