Decree-Law No. 96/2013 Legal regime for forestry management planning and intervention

Description

This Decree-Law amends the legal regime applicable to any planting or reforestation activity performed within the Continental territory. It establishes forestry management planning; forest protective measures and other authorized activities related to National forestry management planning.
