No additional laws but there are specific directions under the law which give specifications of rules.

How is the overall performance of the instrument?

Largely well implemented, however, two kinds of deficits: 1)Protection of forests and their multiple functions (problem with game damages: damaging of bark, browsing on young trees (selected browsing!) often with the result that no mixed forest can regenerate; 2)Small land owners in hunting communities usually do not get any benefits from the renting out of licences (not well managed)
