Description

Brief description of the instrument and its modus operandi

Each legal person, involved in NWFPs export, must submit an request for issuing permit for export to the ministry in charge for environmental protection. When submitting request, legal person must pay administration fee. The form of the request is prescribed by law. Validity period of export permit is no longer than 6 months form the date of issue.

Amount of exported NWFPs has been monitored and determined. There is additional income for republic budget from taxes
